Lasdon Public Gardens Medicinal Plant and Tree Tour

Urban Naturalist Bruce Rosenberg will lead a tour to examine over twenty plants and trees at Lasdon that have medicinal qualities and are used to treat physical and mental conditions. All of these plants can be grown in your own backyard and are available at local nurseries. He will also briefly discuss some of the active chemical constituents of those plants which help fight infection, inflammation and a host of other ailments. Registration required.
